Tim Gliffe is a senior commercial leader with over two decades of global C-suite experience across sales, marketing, service, and customer operations — combined with deep, hands-on sustainability expertise.
Formerly Chief Commercial Officer at a global industrial technology company, Tim led a €1bn P&L and an organisation of more than 1,500 customer-facing employees across sales, marketing, service, and CRM. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, where he managed multi-billion-euro businesses and led major commercial and marketing transformations across Europe.
Today, Tim works as a senior consultant and fractional executive at the intersection of commercial strategy, execution excellence, and sustainability. He supports sustainability-focused scale-ups and purpose-led organisations in overcoming growth hurdles — from refining strategy and positioning to building scalable go-to-market engines, operating models, and execution cadence.
In recent years, Tim has advised impact-driven ventures on repositioning for growth, strengthening commercial focus, and building credibility with enterprise customers and investors. Alongside this, he supports larger organisations in embedding sustainability into strategy, ways of working, and decision-making — moving beyond ESG reporting toward tangible business and environmental impact.
Tim is also actively involved in sustainability leadership development, including collaboration with leading academic institutions and facilitation of Climate Fresk.

Former CMO of Lenovo and former CCO at Climeworks, Jan has led teams across the US, China, and Europe, spanning R&D, manufacturing, brand building, and global sales. Today he supports sustainability start‑ups as a fractional C‑level executive, helping founders accelerate go‑to‑market, build commercial engines, and unlock enterprise partnerships. Grégory Carrier is a former Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer with more than 20 years of international executive experience across Europe and Asia. He has led businesses with full P&L responsibility up to €250M and managed organisations of over 400 employees.
At Procter & Gamble and Moët Hennessy, he drove commercial transformation, redesigned go-to-market models, strengthened operating discipline, and delivered sustained growth in complex global environments.
He later led Sustainability for Moët Hennessy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, defining and executing a regional sustainability roadmap across a €1.6B scope. He built dedicated sustainability teams, implemented science-based decarbonisation plans, structured ESG governance and reporting processes, and embedded KPI-driven sustainability performance into executive decision-making.
At GreenEdge, Grégory supports sustainability-focused scale-ups and growth-stage ventures in translating environmental ambition into operational and commercial performance. He helps leadership teams align sustainability with growth strategy, structure governance and reporting frameworks appropriate to their stage, and embed measurable impact into their operating model — turning sustainability into a scalable competitive advantage.
Grégory holds a Master’s in CSR & Sustainable Development from École des Mines de Paris and a Master in Management (Grande École Program) from Audencia Business School. He is fluent in French and English and is based in Geneva.

Carlos Härtel is a technology and innovation leader with decades of experience bridging deep technology, industrial scale-up, and strategic leadership across Europe’s energy and climate-tech ecosystem.
He previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Climeworks, the Zurich-based climate-tech company pioneering direct air capture and carbon removal technologies. In this role, he helped scale one of the world’s most advanced carbon removal ventures, guiding technology development, engineering execution, and innovation strategy as the company expanded its industrial footprint.
Prior to Climeworks, Carlos held senior leadership roles at General Electric, including CTO & Chief Innovation Officer for GE Europe, Director of GE’s European Technology Center, and President & CEO of GE Germany & Austria. Across these roles, he led large-scale innovation organisations, advanced breakthrough technologies, and connected industrial research with global business strategy.
Today, Carlos works as an angel investor, non-executive board member, and independent advisor, supporting climate-tech startups, venture investors, and innovation-driven companies. His work focuses on helping technology-led ventures translate scientific and engineering breakthroughs into scalable business models, strong market positioning, and sustainable growth.
Alongside his industry work, Carlos is Honorary Professor of Strategy & Innovation at Munich University of Applied Sciences, where he teaches at both the Business School and the Department of Engineering and Management.Carlos holds a doctorate in aerospace engineering from the Technical University of Munich and previously conducted research at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and ETH Zurich.
